I don't know that much about charsets, but I think that either the message 
was sent in another charset than the one mentioned in the mail headers (i.e. 
ISO-xxx or UTF-8 as _used_ encoding, but gb3212 as _mentioned_ encoding) or 
that my system lacks a proper way of displaying gb3212 encoded text. Whether 
that means a broken font, a broken Qt or a broken KMail? I don't know...
