At this point (1-2 weeks before deadline) new strings are only accepted if 
they result from important bugfixes, make untranslatable strings accessible, 
or correct wrong information in What's this help. Just send me a mail if in 
doubt or post to the translators list (kde-i18n-doc@kde.org).
