But that still leaves the question of what is acceptable and what
not. Some of the translators have approached me and suggested some
changes to the (user-visible) strings in KBackgammon. But since this
would definitely break the existing translations (although it would
allow for translations to languages other than English and German), I
am quite confused...

Could somebody please shed some light on this?

The other issue is that I would _love_ to improve the (rather
pathetic) documentation of KBackgammon - would that be acceptable?
