One feedback I think is needed is in KHtml/Konq. When I click on a link, nothing
happens (except for the logo that starts to rotate).

A buzy pointer would do the trick.

Another might be harder: the icons on the desktop and in konqueror. If I want
to drag an icon I have to press my mouse button for some extra time, otherwise the 
icon won't come along.  (I 'miss')
Might it have to do something with having to select the icon before the drag?
