required: --disable-mini-stl for koffice

rest: what you want.


kdelibs && kdebase && kdeutils && kdemultimedia compiles fine with
--enable-mini-stl here . After some small modifications I can even
compile most of koffice with --enable-mini-stl.

I'm unsure if these changes are wanted, therefore they're not
committed.

The ideal would be that the mini-stl setting doesn't matter.
