You have old KDE-1 headers installed in /usr/include . You have to take
them away before being able to compile KDE-2. If you want to have KDE-1
and KDE-2 simultaneously, you need to make sure that the corresponding
include headers and libraries are in non-system paths and can be referred
only by the $KDEDIR variable.
