It's already in kpanel (HEAD branch)! You can already use DND & context menus
and get rid of kmenuedit (that, in fact, in not maintained any more).
Only "Add new application" in the context menu is missing, but I'll add it
soon.

I already tought about that. DND in the k-menu is very useful, but a nightmare
for beginners. I would add an extra option "Use middle button to drag in the
K-menu". What do you think?
