not really kpanel related, but there is one thing, I'd like to see in the
"New"-menu of konqi/kdesktop: Simply "New file". 
Sometimes, I just want to create a new textfile on the desktop. The
current New-menu offers lots of stuff, but that's all kdelnks :o( 

So I end up calling `touch ~/Desktop/bla.txt; kfmclient refreshDesktop'...
