It's supposed to be me. But I haven't worked on it for a long time (lack of
time, and I'm not using it anymore). I also have lot's of patches lying around,
and there is one guy (sorry don't have his E-Mail adress at hand), who actually
did some development.

What needs to be done is to put together all fixes, and make a last stable
release for KDE-1.x, and then switch and develop it for 2.0. If somebody or a
group of people want to take over the task, I would be more than happy.
