You can find an updated KDE Developer's mini-HOWTO at
	http://www.chaos.umd.edu/~dsweet/KDE/MiniHOWTO

The major change is the inclusion of a section describing
standard packaging techniques for applications and shared libraries.
I've also included most of the changes suggested by readers of this
list.  Thanks for the input!

Can I put this on a KDE developer-oriented website somewhere?
