Well, this isn't color related, but I'd like to see some global config for
cursor blink rate.  I personally find 500ms horrible, I like ~250ms.  This
would require a feature addition to Qt, allowing calls like
QApplication::get/setCursorBlinkRate(), which KApp would use, and which all
editors would honor.
