I agree, Tux looks to cute for a _logo_. A logo needs to look simpler, more
professional. But still, the dragon is no logo but a _mascot_. The KDE logo
looks very clean and professional but I see no problem with the mascot
looking cute. But this is just _my_ opinion. Thats the reason why the proposal
was a call for votes.
