I've been kicking about the idea of putting kapptemplate into kdesdk.  Does
anybody else have any opinion on this?

Why?
1) It looks like lots of people use kapptemplate
2) I wouldn't have to worry about accidently deleting it as I almost did
   yesterday
3) The autoconf/automake gods (hi coolo!) could keep that stuff up to date
4) Roberto's *current* tutorial uses kapptemplate and since his tutorial
   *definitely* should be in kdesdk, it makes sense for kapptemplate to be
	also.

Why not?
1) There is already kappgen in kdesdk
2) kapptemplate is just a fancy kexample... which is also already in kdesdk

Hrm..
