 hello, thanks for your advice.

yes i changed to normal kicker menu
i changed to the classic style. i did a logoff/logon and also reboot.
nothing , i mean absolutely nothing change to the login time from 30sec.

i removed lancelot for those tests

i also did remove all plasmoids and change the default view to folder of
the desktop

i use kde 4.4.2
