I'm taking these two sections specifically because I think these are things
that we could address to the benefit of all. This thread started with Pau
commenting that some of those 'missing kde 3 features' are genuine needs.
Those genuine needs get buried among a vast amount of dross, so don't catch
the attention of the developers.

In an ideal world new reports would be triaged within a week or two, and
graded to make them more useful to developers and more reassuring to users.
There isn't really any pressure that work must be done on them immediately,
just that a decision needs to be made as to how viable they are. Short
explanatory comments would give a clue as to whether they are already being
addressed, would be addressed soon, maybe sometime, but no timescale known, or
even the dreaded WONTFIX, as long as a reason is given.

Maybe we should also consider putting an entry on UserBase about using
Bugzilla, and how to track the progress of 'your bugs'.

I guess the changing language, largely due to the spread of US television,
causes this 'you wish' negativity. I never had a problem with the term WISH,
but it seems that some do. Maybe you are right and changing it to Feature
Request would be better.
