I disable Java, Javascript and cookies globally and enable each only for
webpages that I want to use that require those capabilities. I block ads.

I wish that Konqueror had three little icons in the toolbar that
indicated whether those features are used in the current webpage and
also whether those features are enabled for the web page being
displayed.
