I'm going to be busy with KDE4Daily until the end of the month or so, but I'd 
be happy to step up to do this.  I'll need some help, though; I always forget 
the problems I ran into initially and so have trouble putting myself into the 
mindset of brand new user (although Ian's lucid description of his travails 
was quite illuminating :)), so will probably need a list of topics to cover 
e.g. Resizing the Panel, Adding Quicklaunch icons, etc - the kind of thing a 
new user would want to know.  I'll probably need someone to go over the first 
drafts to look out for jargon/ inappropriately developer-oriented stuff, too.
