This can be done by script. I have implemented something similar for my
translators. It is just a reminder what needs to be done. Sometimes
people forget what translations they have assigned or do not know that
translations got outdated. It is actually a _help_ for them, because
they do not need to remember to check manually, they just get it in
their e-mail.

And as far as I can see, rate of updated translations got higher :)
On the other hand I can see which translations are not handled, so I can
reassign them.

So I think such automatic reminders about bugs would be useful :)
