Few days ago, I have patched kio_info protocol to use url reference to scroll 
down the page (see http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140578).

Since I found current code a little hard to change, I started to rewrite some 
function on kde-info2html perl script; now my idea is to improve generated 
html document (using, for example, '<ol>' and '<ul>' for list, different 
style for definitions, and so on).

I have posted my first changes at http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140844; 
code is based on kio_info source from kdebase-3.5.6 package, renamed to 
kio_infotest so it can be installed as new protocol (infotest) without 
breaking installed info protocol. Included can be found the 
file "infotest.info" (not yet completed) where I try to point out any element 
can be found in any existing info document (used for test).

Any help/advice are welcome (mainly to fix/complete infotest.info 
document). :-)
