Hmm, the documentation is incomplete I'm afraid. We want to avoid that people 
break their KDE by not having KDE/bin in their $PATH - so we always check 
there first. So think of system path as KDE/bin:$PATH and even if you pass an 
argument, it will look into KDE/bin:pstr
