- Create a new non-kde application button. Make it start 'xterm' (Don't
fill out anything else, just the path).
- OK, and try it. It will pop up an xterm, as expected.
- Go to the properties of the button, and change something, e.g. by giving
it a title.
- OK, ant try again. You get *two* xterms.
- Change something again, and try again. *three* xterms.

Bottom line: The app is started as many times as the properties have been
touched. My guess is that the new config of the button is added list of
buttons and the old one is not removed or something to that effect...
