Hi Andras,

Thanks for responding so quickly!  The problem was indeed that I had an old 
version of libxslt installed --- during an old kdesupport installation as you 
later pointed out to Anne-Marie.  I encountered no such problems upon doing a 
clean install from yesterday's cvs.
