Uninstall the package containing the old libxslt development tools 
(xslt-config). Maybe they are in /opt/kde3 because you've installed 
kdesupport some time ago? 
Anyway, this is a system configuration problem. You should have the new 
xslt-config in your path, otherwise it's normal that configuration will fail.
