maybe I should reactive kwallet and set "First Use" to true...

I don't think it needs to be in kdebase, just a simple checkbox "Activate 
kwallet (you need additional tool from kdeutils to use it effectivly)" would 
do. You can't rely on users editing a rc-file to disable or enable 
something...

Maybe the option could be added to the passwords-page in controlcenter. (Is 
kwallet only for passwords or for private notes/etc too? /me doesn't have a 
glue what kwallet can do or not...)
