I don't think it needs to be in kdebase, just a simple checkbox "Activate=20
kwallet (you need additional tool from kdeutils to use it effectivly)" woul=
d=20
do. You can't rely on users editing a rc-file to disable or enable=20
something...

Maybe the option could be added to the passwords-page in controlcenter. (Is=
=20
kwallet only for passwords or for private notes/etc too? /me doesn't have a=
=20
glue what kwallet can do or not...)
