No, there is a check to disable the build if QT 3.2 (beta, whatever) is found, 
due to the problems in the new QT. If you really want to do, you can compile 
against it (now the KDE maintainers may kill me, so if you do and you see a 
bug be sure that the bug is reproduceable with QT 3.1.x) by modifying the 
acinclude.m4.in, in the admin dir. Remove the checks against QT_VERSION <= 
0x30200 or something like that (I don't have the original admin dir for 
branch now, only the modified one).

But again: building against QT 3.2 is NOT RECOMMENDED! It's disabled for a 
good reason.
