You have an ui.rc on your application. Imagine what would happen if another
application also expects an ui.rc. If you run it, it'll be completely
garbled.
There's a reason why application-specific files go in application-specific
directories.
What I could argue, though, is that you should be able to set this on the
environment. That would help KDevelop.
