Are you just looking for larger code-bases? Then KOffice, Konqueror, Gideon, 
khtml, maybe kdeprint come to mind. Parts of the Konqueror code are IMHO due 
to the genericity not as easy to read/understand tho.

On a smaller scale, some kdelibs classes are maybe a better target. 
Personally, I found code written by Malte Starostik rather elegant and easy 
to understand.

You're well informed ;) Where did you get to know about ObjectTeams?

Hmm, interesting, but mostly useful for parallel computing, no? Maybe it can 
also be reduced to a means to signal and receive events, but I'm currently 
not seeing an advantage over signals/slots or QCustomEvents (but then, I only 
just had a quick look at tuple spaces).
