libkscreensaver is stable and working, kdeartwork contains a bunch of 
screensavers.

Because few of us felt like it, I guess.  I wrote one.

Put it up for people to see, and see if anyone objects to it being put into 
kdeartwork with the rest.  If nobody does, just add it, getting yourself a 
cvs account if necessary.

Yes, the libkscreensaver headers contain documentation. It seemed 
straightforward enough to me.
