	could it be done in a more general way? it comes to my mind that
other protocols, such as fish, could have resume habilities. in that
line of thought, I think that kio_fish could acomplish it, if it
doesn't already do, using dd with the skip and seek options. I know
the developer of kio_fish reads this list, so that's why I post this
here.
