kfm-devel is where the konqueror & KJS development discussions happen.

You found some limitations in the javascript support, but I guess you're
talking about KDE 2.x ? The current CVS, future 3.x, has many improvements
in the Javascript support (and in the DOM model), fixing many webpages.
There are still some things not implemented, though, mostly in the CSS area.
