Yes, that's right, - KDE 2.2.1 and Qt 2.3.1.
I am going to compile the current CVS and check it out.

You mean some things in CSS2? One thing is all these DHTML pages, using 
"popup" layers for menus. KHTML part does'nt manage to get the mouse 
event from the "popup" layer.
