We seem to have a plethera of ssh ioslaves. :)  I wrote a sftp ioslave over the
summer and it's currently in cvs (kdebase/ioslaves/sftp). I'm thinking we can
integrate our efforts.

One of the things I worked on was creating a compatability layer between ssh
and the ioslave.  I have a class called ksshprocess that detects the version of
ssh installed and the modifies ssh options specified by the user
appropriately.   It also uses a modified version of the KDE class PTYProcess to
handle the pty.  PTYProcess takes care of all the cross platform pty ugliness.

I'm going to try out your code, but probably not til this weekend.  I have to
get ready to a demo a visual basic project tomorrow (yuk!).
