okay i looked at it in tiny and the arrow is okay, i still think it is ugly 
but it is consistant and seems very strait forward.  would you be against 
swapping the mouse buttons so that when the handle is clicked the men pops 
up.  This would be very nice to the Mac linux crowd because most of them only 
have one mouse button :)

	My vote is:
	Use the up arrow to show that it is a menu
	then when the user clicks on the handle they get
	a menu and top it all off with a tool tip.

	sound like a fair idea?
