Ok, what if there was only the arrow button, no close button?

The problem with that is that it is inconsistent with the rest of kde, 
where a popup menu is always indicated by an arrow button, and something 
that is dragable is indicated by the racing stripes.

No offense taken. :-) I just think that something _has_ to be added so the 
ability to remove applets isn't hidden.
