Sorry Ralf, I don't mean the crash problem, just that the popup window 
doesn't disappear until you press Escape or Alt again...

I'm afraid noatun likes my computer about as much as Bill Gates likes the 
GPL. ;)  It's never run for more than two weeks at a time, and 
never once with my new motherboard (using a CM8338 sound chip and the cmpci.o 
module).  If I try to run noatun, it prompty crashes, making it impossible 
for me to check anything out.  However, I'll cvs update kdemultimedia on the 
chance that it'll work now.

Have you seen shortcut problems in any other programs that I could look at?  
If not, maybe you could:
kdebugdialog, turn on 125, restart KDE, noatun 2>&1 > log, and send me the 
log file.
