It's a big lib, it is not installed everywhere (e.g. servers), let's say a 
Gnome app which would like to talk to dcop probably would prefer something 
else than linking to Qt. 
These are also the reasons why my lisa daemon doesn't link to Qt, it's 
inappropriate for some kind of apps.
