To tell you the truth, up to now I did not have to setup sendmail at all.
I always used smtp server of my ISP and everything worked well.
To setup sendmail because I want to report bug, is a bit pushed too far IMO.
Why do we have a special dialog for e-mail setup then ?

IMO, if people have already installed kdenetwork, this bug-report feature 
should call kmail in order to send mail.
