We all know that. It doesn't change the fact that "noone wants to
implement..." :}

Ah, that's an idea. Not calling kmail directly, but calling kmailservice,
now that it supports setting the subject & recipient, and creating
the initial body of the mail (AFAIK). Just like we handle mailto: URLs
now. That's the way to go IMHO.
