No. The post data is usually just passed to some server side application,
which can return whatever it wants in principle. Usually that is
text/html, but AFAIK, the post operation could return whatever mimetype it
wants.

Just assume a form using http post, where one asks for a file to
download or some image. The script could just return that data directly,
and then the returned mimetype could be anything from gzipped tar to
image/xxx.
