Thanks for the patch, I have applied it together with an "Un-Sticky" tooltip 
text when a window is set sticky. All tooltips are now 18n()ified in glow as 
well. KWin knows about these standard tooltip strings so it means no extra 
strings have been added during the freeze for translators.
