SVN commit 1137213 by ltoscano:

Create (splitted) files from the original ones, let scripty fix them

Many modules in kdepim have been splitted into submodules. So
libmessagecomposer.po and libtemplateparser.po are part/derived
from the "old" kmail.po, and libeventviews.po and 
libincidenceeditors.po from korganizer.po.
Scripty will cleanup the files.
