Are you completely sure ? I read and reread the bug report and I cannot find 
that point... I think it talks about the block itself... that uncategorized it 
is shown "1 2 3 4 5 6 7 rest of elements" and categorized it is shown "rest of 
elements 1 2 3 4 5 6 7".

At least, sorting by name here works just fine without your patch... Am I 
missing something ?
