what about the screenshots/documentation of kpager ?
and there's no place in the documentation where the movements of the 
desktops is explained ? what about the "electric borders" ? (I mean, both, 
in the sources and in the documentation)

I think it will be a bit confusing that you have desktops like this:
1 2
3 4
and when you change it to have 6 desktops, then they are reordered and 
number 4 now is at the left, and number 3 is now even in another row. Like 
this:
1 2 3
4 5 6

This change in the place of the desktops doesn't happen in the current 
ordering mode.

Anyway, if everyone is happy with that change, I'll just shut up (*) and 
leave anyone commit the reverted patches again.
