Man, for how long I wanted to do the following...
  Anybody remembers Trysil? ;)
Don't export KDialogBaseTile in the header.
Make struct KDialogBase::SButton really private.
Note, this removes one member from KDialogBase, making it BIC.  I hope the
friday rule is still in effect.
