Log Message:
* Correctly parse cookies without equal sign. "Bleh" is in fact "<empty key>=Bleh",
shows testing in IE and NS.
* Correctly send back such cookies
* Accept to store such cookies, and even completely empty cookies.
* Fixed (stupid) QDict warnings due to empty domain, when testing locally.
Not sure I caught all the cases.... and maybe a convenience method is in order.
