hi artists

as i said before i've thought about redesign of KCM icons (icons for Control 
Panel Tools). Now the kcm icons look like regular icons for kde but in my 
opinion it will be better to have a bit different style for those icons as 
they purpos is different.

look at the included examples...

the ideas are partialy taken (as always nowadays) from AmigaOS and from MacOS.
I need feedback of what you think about it.
