I just uploaded KPoker-0.1.2 to fiwi.

>From CHANGES:

- made kpoker use KTopLevelWidget + the new menubars
- fixed silly problem with cardImage
- finished the helpfile
- built in new icon
- built in new backsides of cards (thanks to kalle & our "icon man")
