I don't like the kde buttons, they say nothing more helpful than K does.
 kstart does have problems, but the usability ones are possibly behind us.
in view of Dave's reservations: how about KO, more seriously Knav perhaps.
WAI guidelines suggest that text should not be used in graphics, surely the
tooltip is enough to say 'to open applications' or some such, 'click here to
begin' is clearly ridiculous, begin what exactly.
