Here is some more information. I know the boxes are talking and I grabbed a
wireshark trace. The client is .102, the server being uploaded to is .147. This
was with fish:

However, the upload window just sits there. Is there a library or two that kde4
could have screwed up the prevents quanta from uploading now?
